Refund & Cancellation Policy
Default policy — your seller can customise this.
Protechtube sells digital products. Because digital items can be viewed, activated, copied, or consumed after delivery, refunds are handled under the rules below.
Eligible refund or replacement cases
- The delivered key/account does not work and support cannot resolve it
- The product delivered is different from the purchased listing
- The product is out of stock after payment and no suitable replacement is available
- Duplicate payment is confirmed for the same order
Non-refundable cases
- Wrong product purchased by customer after delivery
- Compatibility, region, device, or platform issue already mentioned in the listing
- Customer changed their mind after delivery
- Account/key misuse, sharing, resale, or violation of platform terms
- Incorrect contact details causing delay where support can still deliver
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before delivery or activation begins. Once a digital product has been delivered or activated, cancellation is normally not available unless the item is faulty and cannot be replaced.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
