2. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. Your order is accepted only after successful payment and basic order verification. We may cancel or refuse orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, misuse, or incorrect customer information.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email or account/order communication after payment confirmation. Delivery is usually fast, but timing can vary depending on product type, payment status, gateway delays, and manual checks.

4. Customer responsibility

You must provide a correct email address, WhatsApp number, and billing details. You are responsible for checking product compatibility, region, device limits, renewal terms, and activation instructions before purchase.

5. Warranty and support

If a delivered product does not activate or match the listing, contact support with proof and order details. Eligible cases receive troubleshooting, replacement, or refund according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Misuse

Reselling without permission, sharing restricted credentials, chargeback abuse, false claims, or violating platform terms may lead to cancellation of support or account access.
