The following are the terms & conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Our Shipment Processing Time in India

We provide Free Shipping in India. If there is no courier service available in your area, then we are unable to deliver your order. An order takes 7-10 working days from the day of order confirmation to be delivered within India. Orders are not shipped or delivered to the government. Holidays. If there is a significant delay due to COVID-19 in shipment of your order, we’ll notify you by mail or call. If delivery of your order is not possible due to an unlikely event, then your order will be cancelled, and you will be notified of the same. In such cases refund is made directly to the customer’s bank account via the same mode through which the payment was made.

Shipping Charges and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges would be calculated and informed as per the address of delivery provided by you. Same-day delivery facility is available only for the Kolkata orders.

Net rates are not legally binding. Net rates will be calculated based on applicable transportation and do not include surcharges, ancillary/other charges, duties and taxes, or special handling fees.

And actual net rates may vary due to changes in the Customer’s shipping patterns. If the rate sheet currency differs from the account billing currency, then the net rates will not match the billing statement. This rate mismatch will increase or decrease with exchange rate fluctuations.

International Order

All International orders will be delivered within 8- 23 working days from the date of order confirmation, provided delivery is not delayed by any country’s governmental authority. If we are unable to fulfill your order in such cases, a refund is made directly to the customer’s bank account via the same mode through which the payment was made.

Note: In case of an International order, the customer will bear the shipping & handling charges plus any duties & taxes as applicable at the destination. And needs to pay these charges to our logistic partner at the time of delivery.

Customers need to produce a Passport or any other legal document to receive the delivery.

If the office address is provided for delivery, then make sure department details, employee details,sil, and landline / Mobile numbers are correctly provided.

If the address provided by you is incorrect and incomplete, then we won’t be liable for any loss and damage to your order.

All inspections, examinations, and assessments of your order will be done by authorized Indian customs officers. Hence, your valuable support is required during this whole process of clearance.
